Ed is one of the founders and principal consultants of the Atlanta Consulting Group, which he helped establish in 1985. He played a key role in defining and implementing the investment process utilized companywide for developing and reviewing the Investment Policy Statement, determining the appropriate asset allocation, selecting professional money managers and monitoring performance.
Ed enjoys working with clients and helping them pursue their worthy goals and objectives. Adhering to precise and exacting standards, Ed is committed to exceeding their expectations. He derives a deep sense of purpose in helping foundations and endowments have the capital they need to fulfill their purposeful missions, and helping corporate clients achieve a funded status so they can fulfill their obligations.
In addition to applying his extensive industry experience and specialized knowledge to serving the diverse client base, Ed also remains intricately involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Earlier in his career, Ed worked in consulting services for Merrill Lynch in Kansas City. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
