Michael works with Atlanta Consulting Group clients to help them meet their objectives. He cultivates new investment ideas across the investment spectrum and drives new solutions for clients through extensive research and due diligence. He focuses on market research, manager due diligence, and strategic asset allocation efforts.
Before joining the Atlanta Consulting Group in 2013, Michael spent five years with a boutique investment advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals and institutions. Earlier in his career, he was an analyst with the private bank of Credit Suisse. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in accounting from Clemson University and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, offering expertise in investment fiduciary standards of care. Michael is also a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).
Outside of the office, Michael is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Atlanta, a board member of Open Door Lacrosse, a class agent of The Westminster Schools and an active member of Cathedral of Christ the King. Michael lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with his wife, Taylor, and two daughters. Michael is active in the Atlanta lacrosse community as a player and coach and also enjoys golf, squash and competition barbecue.
