Mike is a partner and a consultant of the Atlanta Consulting Group, offering expertise in investment strategy and serving as a consultant to defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, endowments, foundations, and hospital reserve assets.
He is highly skilled in asset management responsibilities such as manager analysis, portfolio management and business reporting. His goal is to attain client investment objectives in an efficient and cost-effective manner while taking the least amount of risk necessary. Mike is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts.
Before joining the Atlanta Consulting Group in 1990, Mike was a financial advisor with Morgan Keegan. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Louisiana Tech University, where he was a member, pledge educator and vice president of Kappa Sigma.
Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Mike lives in Atlanta with his wife Karen and has three children, Fletcher, Ashby and Katie. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and other outdoor activities. He is a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
